Raw coconut rolls with papaya
This is rolling, almost like sushi but made with coconut wraps instead of nori (but you can use nori if you would rather it) and filled with delicious papaya, carrot, cauliflower "rice", scallions and cilantro. An absolutely lovely combination. Create as many rolls you will- this is light food in the stomach.
Create rice of cauliflower: Use a rasp / grater or a food processor and spread the cauliflower into small "grains". Bland "rice" with tahini and lime juice, and possibly a little salt. Cut papaya / mango in long wide strips. Frail carrot into thin strips (I used a julienne iron). Chop scallions and korander. Divide the cauliflower into one end of kokoswrapen, add the other ingredients and roll wrap out close together. Brush with a little water at the end, so wrap above adhere hemroids together. Use a sharp knife to cut each roll into fit pieces. Server.
You should book they iherb, you can create so much good with those. Good day
Ohhh you're so clever and roll them together! My only gets so flimsete everytime i try: P It looks this good, also I like the exciting flavor combinations: D Have a nice Friday evening debris bowls;) x

Delicious with a little relaxing weekend without too much plans:-) The food looks yummy out! This weekend there will be enough much school and a little socially, as well as yoga and kaaanskje a jog if I manage to fool forward motivation. It has hidden itself well at the moment!
